including room measurements and photography.
If you don't have a digital camera, we can take the photographs for you . Email
info@moveindirect.com with your property address and requirements. Prices start from just £10.
If you only have hard copies of photographs, post them to us and we'll scan them for you for just £5 per
photo or £15 for up to 10 photos.
Extra colour photographs can be added to your web advert at £5 each.

I
want to advertise with the Gold Package. What happens next?
1. Choose your
marketing package and complete the registration form online (or
contact us and we can send you a registration form in the post to
complete by hand).
You will need the
following pieces of information:
Your contact
details, including the telephone and/or email address you wish
to include on your advert
Your sale price
A brief
description of your property (full details, including room
sizes, can be added later by email)
2. Payment can
be made by credit or debit card online (click here
to view the payment form), by cheque in the post or by cheque/cash
when your for sale board is delivered.
3. Email
photographs to photos@moveindirect.com
and these will be added to your advert. You can alter your
advert's description at any time by simply emailing details to details@moveindirect.com.

Our mailing list of
potential buyers will be emailed your property details. MoveInDirect staff will contact you to arrange
delivery of your for sale board (usually delivered within 3-5 days).
Your property will also be
uploaded to the fish4homes network and displayed across hundreds of websites.
5.
Buyers will contact you directly to arrange viewings.
6. When a buyer
makes an offer (either in person, on the phone or
in writing), you must decide whether to accept or reject the
offer. (SUGGESTION: If you are not confident in negotiating
your sale price, you may find it helpful to ask a friend or
relative to mediate at this point, or simply ask for buyers to put
figures in writing). Once you have agreed a sale price, you then pass the
information on to your solicitor and the buyer's solicitor. Your
solicitors will then take control of the sale. Also, let us
