their property sale. With the Full Sales Package your property
advert can include unlimited text describing your property and nine

easily accessible via our simple property search facility or directly
through worldwide search engines (such as Google, Yahoo, Ask Jeeves,
MSN, AOL, Lycos etc.). We are included in all the major
search engines and our individual property adverts rank highly.
'For Sale' board

professionally-designed, made from waterproof, high quality

Details of all properties registered with MoveInDirect are sent via
email to buyers directly.

If you only have hard copies
of photographs, post them to
us and we'll scan them for you for just £5 (for up to nine

I
want a "Full Sales Package - £99". What happens next?
1. Choose
your marketing package and any optional extras and complete the
registration form online (or contact us and we can send you a
registration form in the post to complete by hand). You will need
to have decided your asking price for the property, but no other
details are needed at this point.
2. Payment
can be made by credit or debit card online (through a secure server
provided by Paypal) or by cheque in the post.
3. Email
photographs and property details (brief details and main details) to details@moveindirect.com.
4. Our
mailing list of potential buyers will be emailed your property details.
5. Buyers
will contact you directly to arrange viewings.
6. When a
buyer makes an offer (either in person, on the phone or in writing),
you must decide whether to accept or reject the
offer. (SUGGESTION: If you are not confident negotiating your
sale price, you may find it helpful to ask a trusted friend or relative
to
mediate at this point, or simply ask for buyers to put figures in
writing). Once you have agreed a sale price, you then pass
the information on to your solicitor and the buyer's solicitor. Your
solicitors will then take control of the sale. Also, let us
