regulation has been started in the area so to change the status will

process of buying plots of land in this area due to the attractive
prices and top location.
Easy access to the International Airport in Varna and the sandy
beaches of the Black Sea. There is a great interest by
investors in the area because of the future new projects in the area
where the plots cost between 80-100 Euro per square metre.
